Taking the lead with our clients data and CRM to provide actionable insights to drive incremental business performance through shaping & optimising marketing and sales activities based on the power of data and insights.

 You will be responsible for managing our clients CRM and Data suppliers and providing the analysis required to make better informed decisions across all business functions and driving better fan engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable operating in a structured & unstructured data led world, familiar with data warehouses and fluent in using analytical tools such as tableau, Power BI, google analytics, excel etc
  • Worked in information-dense, customer-facing industries (FMCG, Agency, traditional or online retailing, retail financial services, wireless, etc.)  
  • Key driver of the consumer centricity agenda including proposing new approaches, handling conflicting viewpoints, using strong influencing and persuasion skills to gain buy-in from all relevant stakeholders
  • Multi-channel experience – familiar with ecomms planning/offline and online analytics
  • Management of all 3rd parties related to data / data integrations / data storage
  • Management and delivery of Pride Rewards
  • Worked with multiple 3rd party data sources, combining multiple data sets, creating automated processes, to produce a cohesive picture of performance and derive insights and recommendations
  • Mined data, applying analytical rigor to complex business issues and translate insights into financially viable marketing & sales initiatives creating a competitive edge
  • Develop customer segmentations and embed them in business processes and decision making
  • Develop reporting and key management information outputs to support the day-to-day running and long-term planning of marketing and digital, including regular reporting, short and long term forecasts and actionable next step recommendations
  • Answer business queries through combining data from various sources and deliver pragmatic and effective recommendations
  • Comfortable leveraging your experience to drive hypothesis led analysis, developing key business recommendations
  • Designed and executed pilot programs to test new business concepts (A/B testing)
  • Developed and presented communications to senior management both internally and externally
  • A skilled influencer with first class communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and effectively with the Executive team, other Heads of Department and senior business leaders
  • Highly skilled in strategic problem solving especially in situations of high ambiguity

Key Skills and Experience:

  • A degree or equivalent in a science or quantitative subject is desirable
  • Proven experience of modelling, data management, information systems and related softwareCRM deployment and management
  • Experience using reporting software such as Tableau, Excel/VBA, Qlik, Power BI, Microsoft Power Tools
  • Understanding of data classification, autonomation, anonamalysed matching
  • Management of loyalty scheme delivery
  • Strong understanding of GDPR
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Possession of level of gravitas with ability to confidently present business cases to senior management
  • Good attention to detail and takes responsibility for the accuracy of their work
  • Experience writing / developing SQL is desirable
  • Management of agencies
